The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre, yet it is situated in a quiet and charming residential area with a lovely Georgian square behind the pub. It is also not far from the underground and there are local shops nearby. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities such as a kettle, tea, and coffee, iron and board.
The cleanliness of the hotel leaves something to be desired, as the walls in the rooms were dirty and everything seemed a bit dusty and tired.

Our stay at The Tommyfield was a delightful experience. The room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We especially appreciated the lovely little touches, such as the in-room coffee machine, which added an enjoyable bonus to our mornings. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was excellent. Twin sinks were a nice touch and added convenience. Despite being located next to a busy road near St. Thomas's hospital, the soundproofing in the room was excellent, and we didn't hear any noise from outside. The secure access from the street was also a big plus. The breakfast option, although small, was perfectly adequate, and the in-room provision of water, fruit. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this part of town. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the positives far outweighed any negatives we experienced.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - the staff were wonderful, the food in the pub was great, and the bed was very comfortable with quality linens. The hotel is very close to several underground stations, making it easy to explore the city. the location is great, with several tourist attractions within walking distance and a lovely residential Georgian square behind the pub.

Convenient location near subway, park, and cafe. Comfortable bed and functioning air conditioning. Large bathroom with separate shower and tub. Helpful staff assisted with luggage. Authentic neighborhood experience. Will definitely consider returning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located above a popular pub. The pub served excellent food, making it a great option for meals. The rooms were fantastic, with all necessary amenities and a large bathroom. The staff were exceptionally good, making me feel like a king without any formalities. It truly felt like a second home.
The noise from the busy street outside, which could be a nuisance at night.
